Tara Dobbs, CEO
Tara has been CEO of Easy Care Restoration since September 2005, taking over the business from her father and founder of Easy Care, Lee Dobbs. Having grown up in the business, Tara has a unique and comprehensive understanding of the restoration industry. Coupled with her background in the financial services industry, Tara has driven consistent growth of Easy Care year after year. Tara is passionate about Easy Care’s “hi-tech, hi-touch” philosophy and is committed to continuing to grow Easy Care, while staying true to the service standards her father built the company on. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts from UBC, a Diploma in Financial Planning, and has completed the EO/MIT Entrepreneurial Masters Program.
In her spare time, Tara enjoys writing and spending time with her 3 boys.
